In this lesson, we are going to learn how to work with slides in PowerPoint and explore different ways to manage and organise your presentation content. You will learn how to insert new slides, change slide layouts, delete or move slides, duplicate slides, and add or remove placeholders. The lesson also covers how to use blank slides and add custom text boxes for more layout flexibility.

You will discover how to arrange slides effectively using various slide views such as Normal view, Slide Sorter view, Reading view, and Slide Show view. You’ll also learn how to view your presentation as an outline, helping you to edit and structure your content more easily. For better organisation, the lesson explains how to group slides into sections and rename them for clarity.

Lastly, you will learn how to add notes to your slides, which are useful for speaker prompts during presentations. These notes can be added directly in the Notes pane or through the Notes Page view. By the end of this lesson, you will be able to confidently manage slide content, views, and notes in a PowerPoint presentation.
