In this lesson, we are going to learn how to find and replace text in a PowerPoint presentation to save time and correct mistakes efficiently. You will learn how to use the Find feature to quickly locate specific words or phrases throughout your slides. This is especially helpful when working with longer presentations where manually scanning for text would take too long.

You’ll also learn how to use the Replace feature to update text, such as correcting repeated spelling errors or changing names or terms across all slides. The Replace dialog box allows you to review each instance before replacing it, or use Replace All to automatically change every match found in the presentation. However, you’ll be guided on when it’s best to use Replace versus Replace All.

By the end of the lesson, you’ll understand how to search and replace content in PowerPoint while avoiding common mistakes. This will make editing and updating your presentations faster, more accurate, and more consistent across all slides.
